As managing member, created a skiing and equestrian land development company, known as Sidney Peak Ranch in Steamboat Springs, Colorado (Ski Country USA). By initially purchasing Five separate ranches totaling nearly 2,000 acres and combing them and coming up with a plan to contribute 85% of the agricultural open space to a Conservation-Land Preservation entity, producing sizeable charitable contribution deductions for the principal owners. Then, dividing the remaining wooded hill country into 32 exclusive building envelopes, priced upwards of a million dollars each, proved to be a very successful venture.
