OBJECTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Maintain, repair, replace or modification of split case centrifugal pumps, coolers,, variable air volume systems, air handling units, exhaust systems,, evaporators,water heating units, electrical and plumbing.

To carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule for Electrical and Mechanical Equipment, Guest room appliances, water pumps and Gym

Maintain, repair and replace HVAC control systems, systems and associated building temperature controls.

Maintain, repair of ABB VFD ( variable frequency driver)

Respond to emergency HVAC system and routine calls from facilities and take action as necessary.

Maintain and repair Globe Valve,Gate Valve,Butterfly Valve, exhaust fan motor, compressor,gear pump,screw pump,centrifugal pump,heat exchangers and diesel engine overhauling.

Maintain and repair industrial equipment and control wiring system.

Maintain and repair BMS (building management system) and DDC (Direct digital control) system related to HVAC System.

Maintain and repair VAV and VRV system.

Maintain and repair all kind of PUMPS and MOTORS till 80kw ratings

Basic knowledge in SMAW and GAS CUTTING

Maintain and repair road barrier and road block system

Maintain and repair Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System.

Maintenance supervisory Skills:

Maintain records and files; prepare reports.

Assign and distribute work orders and work requests.

Attend and participate in meetings regarding work to be done; attend training classes.

Check and troubleshoot equipment; set and adjust controls in required area in building.

Review all work orders before and after completion.

Order and pick up parts for jobs in order to keep mechanics on the job.

Inspect contracted work as needed.

Inform managers of completed and outstanding work orders.

Cooperate with warehouse to determine which parts should be ordered for stock.

Technical assistance to Mechanical,electrical, and plumbing when requested.

Perform related work as required.

Planning, coordinating, and evaluating preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical and hvac systems and related equipment.

Direct and coordinate work by independent contractors and subcontractors, monitor work flow,review and evaluate work product.

Purchase and maintain inventory of parts and materials to accomplish timely repairs and preventative maintenance.

Ability to handle multiple projects.

Attend and participate in the staff meetings, safety meetings, and related activities; attend workshops, and classes to increase knowledge; serve on committees as assigned.

Theory and operation of control systems, mechanical equipment, power equipment, energy management equipment, electrical systems and equipment, and boiler systems.

Computer Skills;

Proficiency in MS-word and MS-Excel.

Good understanding of Internet tools.

Well versed in Windows 7 and Windows 8.
