During my time at the company I have contributed to the development of the HR strategy for the Company and managing 3 Project shafts (Mechanised & Conventional mining).

I am responsible to perform all HR related duties as well as manage and support line management teams ensuring business plans are achieved (5000 members). Guaranteeing operational employee relations via negotiations and agreements. Implementing effective HR Management reporting systems and conditions of service to ensure compliance relevant to employment legislation.
