Responsibilities: Responsible for controlling all QA/QC activities on the assigned project site. Raising Non Conformance Reports (NCR’s) to solve problems. Managing the process of inspecting work and materials on site. Review of work procedures and material technical specifications to ensure their compliance with the Contract's quality requirements and the implemented quality system.

Implementing the approved method statement for post tensioning works Ensures that stressing equipment’s calibration certificates are updated and available during stressing operations
Responsible in carrying out sampling and testing of the approved materials use at site such as but not limited to strand, grout, cube samples, etc. Checking the setting up of bar chairs and tendon profiles if in accordance to the location given in the approved PT shop drawings.
Monitoring the elongation reading and records during stressing works Evaluate the stressing report to verify compliance of the project specifications before submitting the document to the Consultant.
Observe grouting operations and grout mix ratio during the works. Ensuring that cube samples are taken and see to it that the specified compressive strength has attained before commencing with the stressing works. Monitoring during concrete works to check tendon’s misalignment if any and implement corrections as appropriate.
Submitting all the necessary IR’s and obtain approval to the Consultant on every stages of the works.
Reporting to the manager from time to time that all PT components and test reports are accurate and satisfactorily achieved prior to starting with the next activities. Page 4 of 4
