Method: Centrifugal action

Description: this project is based on centrifugal action method. And here we used lathe machine as a centrifugal machine to create centrifugal action. Then we prepared the mould by using puc pipe then we prepared the material mixture by using aluminium powder and cement By using required amount of resin. After this pouring the material in to mould and packing both ends by cap.then fix the mould into the chuck and rotate with different rpms. due to this centrifugal force will be genrerated between the particles by doing this we can create strong and rigid material.
