Faced following challenges during the execution of project and successfully overcome those by taking correcting measures:

o Excavation of basements resulted in adjacent property landslide; overcame this with Shore piling o Slab fitters less resulting in low speed; overcame this with procuring cut-length steel at site o Time consuming slab checks resulted in slab casting delay; overcame this with simultaneous checking system o Finishing material lifting at above floors slowed due to non-availability of tower cranes impacting slow speed; overcame this by installation of mini-lifts at every 10 floors o Labour attrition reduced the construction progress; overcame this with good welfare facilities at site o Breakage of Italian marble resulted in 25% wastage; overcame this by procuring 18mm thk marble instead 16mm and revising floor size 5’x7’ to 4’x5’ to obtain wastage upto 15% Professional Experience
