DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing Materials Inspection
Preparing Method Statement
Responsible for controlling all QA/QC activities on the assigned project site.
Capability / interaction to identify the quality of submissions and to provide assistance to the Site Management on Consultant’s comments and acceptance of the technical submittals.
Raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to solve problems.
Managing the process of inspecting work and materials on site.
Review of work procedures and material technical specifications to ensure their compliance with the
Contract's quality requirements and the implemented quality system.
Experience / Knowledge for the distribution and implementation of the project quality plan on the project.
Ensuring that quality records are correctly generated, logged and filed.
Carrying out the process of inspecting work and materials on site.
Coordinate with material testing laboratory for the material testing in accordance to the project requirements.
To help the suppliers and subcontractors to meet the specified quality requirements.
Implementing method statements, checklists and inspection test plans for site works.
Ensuring that All NCRs are adequately monitored, and the concerns dealt with effectively on time.
Capable to define the applicable client's requirements to suppliers and subcontractors.
Experience / Capability to interact /Coordinate with the consultant on quality matters.
Experience / Capability to Prepare and follow up closing of the snags during project hand over.
Capability to Identify and interact in training needs and arranging appropriate training on site in line with IMS System of the company.
Experience / Capability to interact / investigate problem areas related to quality affairs in order to prevent poor quality concern.
Performs visual inspection materials to comply with specs & quality prior to installation.
Performs inspection and test at the job site and report the result to the QA/QC Manager
Control of project documentation such as Quality Plans, Procedures, Method statement, Inspection and test plan and Inspection checklist.
Review incoming new drawings, vendor’s data sheets and prepare Field Change Request and As Built Condition as required.
Attend training programs to provide orientation, motivation, instruction, and direction to ensure that proficiency is achieved and maintained within the specific scope of work.
Ensure that materials used in construction are identified and had been previously inspected and accepted prior to installation.
Performs such other duties as maybe required by the QA/QC manager
Supervise installation base into shop drawing, Project Specification and Engineering standard
Supervise System pre commissioning work
Report directly to QA/QC Manager Construction Manager of work progress
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Member of DCCI-Waste Management & Health & Safety Task Group & Sustainability Report.
With more than a year’s experiences as QA/Qc inspector, Safety Officer Quality Auditor, Quality Controller and Customer Service Executive.
Familiar in the implementation of QC Management System in the manufacturing, construction and government
Familiar and equipped in designing training courses related to QHSE.
With vast knowledge in the equipment, facilities and maintenance
