Company profile - Auto Parts Forging Division is located in Jaysingpur. Forging Division is working in Wholesale of machinery, Auto parts.
Role : Production planning and quality inspection of raw materials
Designation : Supervisor ( Production planning / inspection of RM )
Experience : 3 rd Nov 2014 to till date (5 years 3 months)
Roles & Responsibility-
To Purchase Raw materials from different parties as per schedule received from subcontracting company. ( Auto parts machining / Saroj engineering )
Ensure the quality & quantity of material purchased.
To send material samples to NACL approved lab pune for testing purpose. ( Elka test lab )
Once test report come as per required range, initiate coloring of Material as per standard codes.
Cutting of raw material as per production requirement on Band saw machine.
Coordinating with suppliers if any breakdown comes. ( SPM machine and tools )
Planning of daily raw material for next one month.
To Maintain stock statement of each stage of material ( Stock of as it is bars, stock of cutting bars, end pices, scrap bars )
To maintain blade cutting record of band saw machine.
Allotment of manpower to different machines and keep material ready for production.
(Manpower handled – 12)
To make available Greater than 50mm dia from subcontractor manicon Pvt ltd (sister company of Auto parts) as per required production with Ensure the quality & quantity.
To cross verify stock statement at subcontracting site.
To manage planning activities as per requirement with safety norms as per industrial standard.
Development / improvement –
To take part in development / improvement projects to save cost and time. (Bar cutting / blade monitoring and optimum adjustment of feed)
Provided training to operators for smooth running of machine.
