Process Executive at NETMEDS MARKET PLACE LIMITED in Chennai since April 2015 to till now.
Performing a range of tasks to complete customer orders. Product picking and sorting, label making, goods transportation, and merchandise stocking.
Common duties are maintaining stocks, placing orders, planning goods shipments, updating records, generating MIS Reports for management, and collaborating with suppliers, customers, retailers.
Verifying assembled orders.
We are taking care of flaws and issues with quality and also identifying recurring errors or quality issues. They may also send products back to suppliers if an entire batch is found to be defective.
Removing damaged pallets and goods from the warehouse.
We used to maintain detailed reports related to supplier quality. These reports tend to contain vital information including defect rates and areas within the manufacturing process that result in flaws.
Invoicing customers for chargeable warehousing services.
Coordinating the work of the warehouse team.
Centralizing the warehouse inventory system.
Organizing the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.
Completing all paperwork and administrative records.
Inspecting storage facilities.

Monitoring shipments in transit to ensure their timely arrival at destination.
