The project objective was to design, engineer, procure, and construct of Crude Oil Storage Terminal with a storage capacity of 2,000k barrels. KBR was to design and construct sleeper and helical piles for supporting pipelines, to design fire water tank foundation, pump foundations, cable tray supports, electrical powerhouse support, structural steel for this project using codes, specifications, regulations and industry standards.

Project: Woodfiber LNG Export Terminal
Owner/Location: Woodfiber Natural Gas Limited/ Squamish, BC, Canada
Project was including design of a facility to purify and liquefy the natural gas to produce LNG. The project was consisting of design of several modular process units for dehydration, mercury removal, liquefaction and boil off gas and a flare. Performed analysis, designed and peer reviewed the design of several steel structures, pipe racks, pipe bridges, plant buildings and process skid units to be transported by ship and SPMT. Designed module foundations to support all process structures, equipment and plant buildings. Created project specification, design criteria and reviewed technical reports from vendors and contractors.
Project: Nederland Ethane Terminal Project

Managed and controlled design of structures in and Ethane Export Terminal project.
Checked calculation performed by others, reviewed and approved technical reports, including design of pipe-racks, equipment foundation, compressor shelters, cooling tower basin, and process structure, and prepared BoQ and MTO for civil, steel and concrete construction. Project was including design and revamp of modules for flow stations in stock tank vapor compressor units. Designed and prepared construction drawings and calculation for process modules, including structural connection details for variety of connections used in cold environment steel construction. Performed interdisciplinary coordination and tracked progress to meet the project schedule, provided support during the construction phase through addressing RFI’s and change orders. Project: SAMREF (Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd.) Clean Fuel Project

Project was including grassroots for process units and utilities including new pipe racks for a refinery project.
Directed activities to ensure that design and construction conform to function specifications, recognized codes and standards, Exxon Mobil Global Practices and SAMREF guidelines and client requirements. Modeled and Designed steel structures for a revamp project. Evaluated capacity of existing structure and retrofitted the members as required. Modified existing foundation for additional loading and new pipe stress. Designed tank, vessel and pump foundations, pipe/conduit supports, process unit structures, analyzing rooms, platforms, shelters, and prepared drawings and details.
Project: Chevron- El Segundo Refinery + Pro-Project, Los Angeles

Chevron product reliability and optimization project was including design and construct of a new sour water stripper and a new sulfur recovery unit to increase energy efficiency and capacity of existing processing units.
Performed complex structural analysis and engineering task related to new and revamp of existing refinery and related facilities including conceptual design, preliminary and detailed design. Used relevant structural and civil engineering FEM software applications for analysis and design of structures proficiently.
Project: Aramco, Ras Tanura (RTR) Project
Owner/Location: Aramco/Saudi Arabia
The project to build new refineries and upgrade some existing plants to significantly increase the refining capacity. The specific aim of the Ras Tanura Refinery Expansion was to supply middle distillates such as diesel and kerosene.
Performed engineering analysis and design of steel and concrete components by ensuring the structure is designed in accordance with project design basis, quality plans, and standards.
Project: BP WRDX Gas Partial Processing Project, North Slope, Alaska
Owner/Location: BP/North Slope, Alaska
WRD project was consist of developing viscous oil reserves in western region of Prudhoe Bay Unit from Orion and Polaris formations and to drill and build new processing facilities to recover light oil reserves from Borealis and to increase production. Modules were enclosed industrial type buildings containing mechanical/electrical equipment, piping and lifting devices.
