Established the Business request processes and created tools in and resulted on the creation of a new sub team. Before, this type of request only happens once a month, once his team was established, they’re now implementing 3-4 request per day.
Sent onshore (UK) to lead the account remediation exercise in which 10 years’ worth of data needs to be analyze across all retail accounts. After this, he was now able to perform new remediation exercise in which he did the Analysis, Investigation, Design, Code, Test, Implement and Support this type of exercise. If these remediation exercises were not done, there will be a huge Legal and reputational damages that may hit the bank.
Business request team was the 1st to implement Agile Team Practices like DSUM and Retrospective Meeting. They even Develop their own version of a Kanban and was able to automate the logging of each request from email via RPA.
