• DNV GL Sesam Genie and Extract Analysing software from Sembcorp marine, Singapore.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Preparing Hull Structural drawings,outfit arrangement and detailed production drawings as per standards and getting approval from class,National authorities and owners.

• Modelling,analysing and preparing calculation report for Structure, foundations,and Access platforms using Analysis softwares like DNV-GL Genie, FEMAP and Ansys.

• Preparing Block Lifting drawings

• Designing Equipment’s foundation, Access Platforms and other outfit items.

• Handling a Team and preparing production, outfit, arrangements and layout drawings.

• Project Planning and scheduling the activities.

• Preparing Accommodation layout,Fire control and safety plan.

• Preparing Block erection and nesting drawings.

• Response and reply against class and owner comments.

• Preparing Bill of Materials and Raising Material Equipment order to purchase the materials.

• Update the drawings for next revisions and raising intends to project dept.

• Preparing as Built drawings

• Discussing with Approval class society and finding the optimum solutions to meet class requirements and quality standards.

• Coordinating with owners and vendors to solve the technical issues with cost effective solutions and to meet contract technical specifications.

• Arranging meeting and discussion with design and production to achieve the target.

• Managing, Leading & Guiding team of designing and drafting members to achieve group targets and ensuring completion of projects in scheduled time.

• Implementing the updated design and interface with vendors to choose right machines, tools and materials.
