• Co-founded a game company which, in under 3 years, grew from 1 individual to a team of 25, including writers, artists, and playtesters
• Oversaw all aspects of development, including design, art, writing, and publishing
• Designed a unique game system for Tabletop Role Playing Game, including 12 races, 11 powers, and 8 methods, allowing for 1000+ characters
