Successfully completed shutdown 2018-19 of kiln, where major job of kiln shell (13Mtr) replacement and tyre replacement under supervision of CBM guidelines.

Successfully managed the maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Equipment by use of CBM techniques, enhanced equipment reliability & increased MTBF of Kiln & Mills.

At time of leaving, Kiln MTBF was 650Hrs & Cement Mills MTBF were around 320Hrs (12month rolling Avg).

As CBM Engineer done Equipment Vibration analysis, Thermography, Transformer oil analysis, Electrical Motor diagnostic, VRM & Ball Mill wear measurement, Thickness, Belt Shore-A hardness, Kiln running mechanical measurements like shell ovality, shell run-out, Girth gear run-out, Tyre wobbling, Support roller shaft bending moment, Tyre migration & shell temperature profile and if found any deviation reported to concern department with remedial action plan to improve equipment reliability and avoid breakdown.

Vibration analysis done & Identified RM VRM Gearbox dominate abnormal gear mesh frequency well in 3 months advance from DALOG online monitoring report generated by DALOG-Germany & was shared with concern team with remedial action plan.

Plant RCFA coordinator, to conducted breakdown analysis & tracked improvement action plan to be completed within time, which was also being tracked by Techport (ACC & Ambuja centralised Technical Cell) and critical breakdown had been shown in monthly performance board meeting.

Plant (Rauri & Suli) SAP PM module super-user, to maintained equipment master as per Lafarge Holcim guide line.
