Program Manager May 2013 – Present

Program Manager for the Controls Division of SSI working on both new product introduction and legacy products (those already in production). Focus is on meeting program timing, managing changes, tracking costs, coordinating all departments on program progress and providing periodic updates to upper management. Meeting customer needs and requirements all the while maintaining program timing, deliverables and financial integrity.

Resided part time as Resident Engineer for SSI at Volvo Truck – Gothenburg, Sweden, September 2017-Present.

Directed the implementation of two new assembly lines (producing and assembling heater modules) in the SSI Czech Republic facility.

Key Account Business Development Manager/Product Manager Sept 2010 – April 2013

Was a member of the Customized Power Electronics group of Danfoss Power Electronics. Key account customers included Liebherr and Ingersoll-Rand. Liebherr, based out of Biberach, Germany, is a supplier of container cranes to ports around the world. Ingersoll-Rand is a global leader in air compressor systems. Customer relations and increased market share were key focal points.

Successfully led a 10-member cross-functional Task Force Team that led to the root cause issue with E-Frame drives in cranes, leading to serial-failure activity. Task force in place for 18 months.

Generated budget (>$500K), built prototypes and test plans, arranged part shipments, and scheduled (13) personnel to travel for (6) weeks in 2012 calendar year to retro-fit (135) drive systems in Ship-to-Shore cranes. Ports were in South Africa, Germany and in England.

The serial failure project came in under budget and ahead of schedule and repaired Danfoss’ image with customer Liebherr.

Chaired bi-weekly teleconference meetings with sales (Germany), quality/production (US), engineering (US/Denmark) and management (Denmark).

INTEGRATED SEPARATION SOLUTIONS (ISS), LLC Sharon, WI

Marketing Manager – Agriculture Sept 2009 – Sept 2010

Devised and implemented marketing strategies to increase market share of ISS's newest technology - NuWay Sustainable Nutrient Management. NuWay was targeted towards large dairy operations throughout the US and the world as a means to treat and process waste/manure and reduce environmental impacts.

Successfully marketed, quoted, negotiated and sold ISS’s first ever sale of a 4-phase NuWay System to Pacific Natural Foods (Tualatin, OR). 1M$ sale.

Quoted and sold two additional systems.

Devised the quote templates, supporting literature and follow up literature for the sales process.

Organized and manned trade shows at World Dairy Expo (Madison, WI) and World Ag Expo (Tulare, CA).

Program Manager for the Bombardier C-Series aircraft water and waste systems. Program deliverables included meeting program milestones and requirements to the customer. Responsible for managing automatic transmission shifter and Four Wheel Drive transfer case shifter programs from initial concept to production. Launched Atwood’s first transplant program – Subaru Legacy floor shifter.

Coordinated the launch of four Jeep floor shifter re-tooled programs ($15 million total annual sales).

Implemented cost savings design idea that saved $64,000 on Subaru Legacy floor shifter. Validated design changes using rapid prototyping components for performance testing.

Responsible for design and construction of assembly equipment for in-house use that assembled and tested automotive components. Supervised outside contract services for mechanical design, electrical design and construction of the equipment. Generated assembly processes, balancing of work cells and the line configuration for the assembly line. Created tooling and capital budgets to meet program objectives, including cell layout, cost estimating, machine safety and error proofing of equipment.

Successfully generated the Dodge ‘BR’ (Dodge Ram Pick-Up Truck) parking brake assembly line, including labor reductions and increased automation to improve margin of program by 10%.

Approved and ordered capital equipment in excess of $250,000 annually.

Analyzed and generated the first assembly line for a 6-way power actuated seat adjuster mechanism.
