Led Lever’s outside manufacturing operations including managing of 20 contract manufacturing locations producing approximately 20 million cases. Total budget including materials and conversion cost was $150MM. Provided leadership for a high performance team of 10 professionals. Responsibilities included the sourcing strategy and decision making, negotiations, production start-up, quality, materials management and financial management.
Performed sourcing consolidations resulting in annual savings of over $6MM.
Planned and executed the successful start-up of 5 new products including powder and liquid detergents, fabric softeners, liquid soaps and body wash.
