From April’19 Working as an Operations Manager at Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel, Abudhabi – F&B Division Managed by Ramee Group of Hotels & Resorts, UAE.

Role: To look after entire Operation of F&B Outlets, Health Club, Spa.

Responsibilities:

* To achieve the revenue targets and to ensure unit is managed, maintained and operated in a manner which is profitable & cost effective.

* Conduct the operations meeting with the entire Outlet Managers daily to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest feedbacks / action taken, and staff issues if any.

* Ensure SOP implementation in all Outlets and check the same during routine operational checks.

* Inspecting the Departments & outlets for ambience, service readiness, staff grooming, for SOP implementation, Trainings & hospitality culture.

* Monitor the quality / standard of Guest service, food Quality during operations.

*Maintain PR with hotel guest /members by meeting them and /or by visiting the restaurant and listening to their suggestions and complaints and take necessary steps for solutions.

* Be present and cooperate with Audit team.

* Reports to Daily Sales Report, Daily Guest Feedback, Daily Unit Manager's meeting report, Monthly Reports of Departmental Inventories, Monthly Food cost & departmental operating cost reports.

* Ensuring security is effective.
