Nihon Technology provide IT solutions and globalization services for Japanese companies both within Japan and across the globe. Job responsibilities are:-

Recruitment Activities

Handling internal Offshore and Onsite (Japan) requirements.

My activities involved requirement gathering, sourcing, screening and short listing of profiles as per the requirements,.

Sourcing through Job Portals (Naukri, Monster) and Social network like (linkedIn)

Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards, etc

Scheduling interviews and pay negotiation, offer closure

Always achieved the target in getting on board the right candidates at the right time.

Always ensured that recruitment cost in minimal and within in the budget.

Managing all recruitment related trackers and weekly updating the recruitment status to the respective Business unit heads.

Post Recruitment Activities

Responsible for the completion of joining formalities, document collection & its

verification etc.

Coordinating the Induction sessions for all new joiners and was responsible for completion of Day 1 formalities till handover to the respective Unit.

Coordinating virtual induction and onboarding of all onsite joiners.

Responsible for completion of BG verification and maintenance of employee files and records.

Responsible for arrangement of Mail id, ID cards, Access cards, for all new joiners

Maintained a detailed MIS on the induction done, its feedback and attendance

Bilingual Recruitment:

Handling Recruitment of Bilingual resources (Japanese) to be placed at Tokyo for ERP & Non-ERP domains

Had done extensive recruitment through my network (LinkedIn) and have placed 8 SAP consultants in three months of time.

Have been responsible for recruitment of candidates of Niche skill set including ATM Consultant, MES Analyst & Consultant a shorter TAT

Have recruited Bilingual Translators, Interpreters, Project Managers, Delivery head and Business dev Manager apart from the Java & dot net resources with all candidates at a JLPT level of N3 and above

Learning & Development:

Scheduling and coordinating the technical and non-technical training needs by consulting all PMs for their teams and devised a training calendar for the entire year.

Scheduled and Coordinated Soft skill workshop for 50 employees of 4 different projects

Japanese training program for all employees on the Basic level spoken and written skills

Autosoft India (ASI) is an associate company of Sunwell Solutions Co Ltd., (SUNWELLS ) which is head quartered in Japan. ASI acts as an Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) for the staffing needs and Offshore Development Centre (ODC) for engineering services needs of Sunwells
