Previously she was an Internal Sales Consultant at Aptronics for just over two years before becoming an External Sales Consultant / Account Manager. She consistently reached her targets except for her first month at Aptronics.

She aspires to helping people and making a difference. To this end she joined an NPO which assists start-up entrepreneurs. Although satisfying work, the salary attached to the position was not enough for her to support her family. Tyronica is a dedicated hard worker who enjoys challenges. She gives her full attention to tasks assigned to her. She works well under pressure, individually and in a team. She adapts easily to change and always thinks of innovative ways to improve her job and environment.

Tyronica loves and enjoying working with people, building relationships and providing solutions. She is driven to achieve excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction. What she lacks in academia she makes up for in experience, she always enjoys learning and bettering herself. She also has significant experience in Call Centre and customer service environments.

Tyronica will be a great fit and asset into your company should she be given the opportunity.
