monitoring in AP Circle. Delivered 1800 new sites as a project management lead.

Planning of civil vendors based on the productivity of vendor and the materials (tower, Shelter

Personally, involved in tenancy additions in existing sites for land lord SR clearances and ensured

end to end responsibility up to billing. Personally, visited critical sites before rejection. We have

given alternate nominal whenever unable to share existing site. De livered more than 6000 sites.

Personally, negotiating for high rental demands against tenancy addition and followed guidelines

of the process to close hikes along with tenure extension.

Involved new sites acquisitions ensured presence until delivery of sit es. We have declared 51 sites

RFI last year and no 3 in PAN INDIA of VIOM circles.

Acquired 11 sites in government locations all of them are RFID.

Coordination with cross functional teams for closing inter functional dependencies.

Maintained a clean environment between team, landlord and organization to maintain nil issues in

terms of day to day operations.

Ensured internal and external customers satisfaction in terms of delivery.

Towards maintenance of existing sites:

Involved in resolving owner grievance s which is causing outages, drastically reduced from 40% of

outage to 7% which is contributed in P&L growth.

Personally, met critical land lords for closing renewal of agreements which is becoming tough due

to hype in the land cost in two states.

Reviewed weekly with O&M head for closing ongoing day to day operation estate issues.

Achievements:

Achieved rental reduction and saving of 1 Cr by taking acceptance from land lords for one-

month license fee waiver.

For every rental Hikes we increased tenure minimum of 5 Years with a revised clauses to

ensure smooth process of renewal.

Critical Sites acquired as per customer requirements. Ensured Rents as per corp. guidelines.

Have saved 2 Crs in terms of payment against RFI and effective date of amendment

agreement this is based on RFS of equipment against installation.

Through Revival agreement we have enhanced tenure in 42 sites with a saving o f 4 Lacs per

annul approximately with reduction of rent.

Clear and clean relationship among the land lords without deviating the process/ guidelines to

hassle free day to day operations.

Renewed master agreements of 322 sites with minimum of 5 years’ along with rental hikes due

to addition of tenancy in existing sites which helped reduction in renewal issues.

Relocated 21 sites which are renewal not possible due to owner not interested, Negotiated LL

to extend period until the relocation and coordinated unt il smooth relocation.

Delivered sites without punch points which is also contributed circle to get BEST CIRCLE

AWARD among all Viom circles.

Weekly review of Estate issues with O&M head and team, Ensured no LL issue for day to day

operations. By taking cross functional team support closing RED colored Estate issues.

Ensured No rental hikes for new sharing and after thorough negotiations and checking all the

possibilities of No Hikes only taken a call for Hike. Ensures only 25% of sites with rental hikes f or new

sharing.
