1.Working with M/s Enliven Proto Pvt Ltd as Production Head from May 2019 to till now

Hot Dip galvanizing, Maintaining quality with thickness, Maintenance of Mechanical & refractory work, Erection of melting furnace, Training to team member. ISO documentation.

2.SRBC: In SRBC working as Geology/Production Engineer reporting to Plant Head. SRBC is Brick manufacturing company like. (Feb. 2013 to MAR 2019)

Analysis of incoming raw material.

Preparation of body composition for achieving CCS.

Training to team member (80 Nos.) about process parameter to achieve quality and quantity targets.

Looking after production, quality and packaging department.

Production,quality and maintenance of grinding plant.

3.SCL: It is one of top five companies in India in tiles manufacturing. (Jan. 2008 to Jan. 2013)

As a Glaze Line HOD for a team of 30 peoples reporting to AGM (Production). Two Glaze Line producing monoporsa tiles (300x600 cms) and monocottora (500x500 cms). Direct feeding to kiln.

ISO documentation for Glaze Line Department.

Worked for reducing cost and wastage of materials used in Glaze department.

Data analysis of various processes with external auditor.

Training to team members for trouble shooting of defects.

Received training for 5S system and SAP.

Minimizing electrical & mechanical breakdown by timely maintenance of machine and equipments.

Keeping records of customer complaint and analysis.

Coordinating with sales team for planning production schedule as per their requirement.

4.RAK: Plant Supervisor reporting to Plant Head. Leading a team of 40 peoples. It is world largest tiles company. (Feb. 2005 to Oct. 2007)

Looking after all five departs from slip house, press, glaze line, kiln & direct packing, polishing, squaring.

Maintaining process parameter and quality standard in all five departs.

Maintaining quality target of 88% A Grade in direct packing 90% in rectified tiles.

Adjustment in press parameter for achieving maximum three calibers in direct packing.

Stabilizing roto color printing machine in all three glaze granite lines from Creta print.

Worked in soluble salt, double charge and MDR technology of producing polishing granite.

5.OCIL: Worked with OCIL Sikandrabad as a GLAZE LINE supervisor in erection and commissioning of Glaze Line (Aug. 2001 to Feb. 2005) Development & Modification of engobe and glaze material.

Rectification of Defects related to surface, size and planarity.
