I am an energetic person with a wide range of interests and knowledge. Possessing
excellent communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with people at
all levels and adapt quickly to a new environment. I am also reliable, punctual,
hard-working, willing and eager to learn new tasks or skills quickly and take on
challenges positively!
2020 - 2020 Working for Multichoice (Dstv) has been total bliss, i have learnt alot about the product, the campaign and the company as whole, i have managed to gain customer care experience and excel in my KPIs. It would be a total honor being in a similar environment as I feel i need a change of scenery.
2018 - 2019 Worked at CCI call center. My first call center experience, we worked in a Customer Payment Support /Debt Collections department whereby we had inbound /outbound calls to collect payments from our UK customers, it was a changeling yet great experience.
2017 - 2018 Worked at Southern Sun Elangeni And Maharani Hotel. While working in this hospitality industry i did most things, because they so i was hungry for knowledge and experience, i was a waitress, hostess, cashier and batista, it was truly a great experience.
2012 - 2016 I schooled and matriculated at Rossburgh High School. Passed my matric with a Bachelor's Pass.
I am a native English speaker but i also speak Isizulu and understand Afrikaans and Xhosa.
My hobbies are cooking reading and shopping.
I am actively looking for a job. My desired position is to be a Service Consultant or in a Hospitality Industry. I am also willing to relocate anywhere around Durban.
