Maintains and safely keeps a systematic central document file in accordance with the established record index.

Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

Receiving Letter from the contractor and distribution to the specified departments, and preparation of Fax to the contractor as per the direction from the Project Engineers.

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

Had to receive the RFs, purchase order then make the quotations and then finally make the invoices for the company in order to complete the purchase order.
