PROJECT DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - JOBS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Type of Documents handled: Faxes, Letters, Transmittals, Invoices, Quotations, Weekly / monthly reports, Purchase orders, Shipping documents, Minutes of Meetings, In-office memos, Procedures, Specifications, Vendor documents & drawings, As-built drawings, and other technical and Confidential documents.

Preparing transmittals and Tracking approval status.

Registration and distribution of documentation associated with project requirements.

Log all document, receiving from the Contractor and Subcontractors and prepares log Status.

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control Procedure, Including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

Interface with internal engineering department to distribute and receive updated drawings. Compilation of various inspection reports at Construction sites.

Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable.

Maintains and safely keeps a systematic central document file in accordance with the established record index.

Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

Receiving Letter from the contractor and distribution to the specified departments, and preparation of Fax to the contractor as per the direction from the Project Engineers.

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

Had to receive the RFs, purchase order then make the quotations and then finally make the invoices for the company in order to complete the purchase order.

Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures.

Manage and order supplies within the budget guidelines of the company. 3
