Software development: The software product produced under this project will be provided for integration of performance- based alerting from Radio Access Networks (RANs) with performance alert streams from Core Network elements such as routers. Corresponding configuration and topology data will also be shared.

Reports generated will show the correlation of performance impairments manifested separately in the network segments; and will facilitate faster root-cause analysis and reduced mean-time-to-repair. This will also enable improved end-to-end service quality management through the use of predictive analysis; this will allow developing problems to be detected and corrected before they become service-affecting. AT&T Core is deploying this functionality in support of the Mobility network.

Managing day-to-day operations: Fetching /Collection of CDR files from over 35 Poi’s (Switches), Regular processing of (Approx 450 million/day CDRs), Time Gap and Record Continuity analysis, Error CDRs extraction and processing remaining data, Streamed Call Volume check, 100% Collection and Processing, Impact Analysis.

Configuration and Troubleshooting: Trunk Groups, Generating reports for Client and MBT on regular updates for the same. Clearing all the wrongly processed data from the system.

Troubleshooting: Finding corrupt records in CDR files, removal, Clearing the system and reprocessing. Wrong Trunk Group configuration and rectification for the same.

System Health: Regular coordination with other support functions within MBT for Database Backup, File System Backups to ensure uninterrupted 24X7 working.
