ON BOARDING ACTIVITIES

Pre-Joining Formalities

Handling Complete pre-joining formalities for a new employee – Rolling out Offer Letters, Appointment Letters. Ensuring the 100% completion of joining formalities including filing experience certificates, Qualification documents etc.

Explain the salary component and other benefits and to counsel the candidate before rolling out the offer letter.

Post Joining Formalities:

Conducting induction for the new recruits (Company policies and internal portal usages).

Guiding the new recruits until they reach their concern projects.

RECURITMENT AND INDUCTION

Responsible for End to End Recruitment life cycle.

Understanding the requirements. Planning and prioritizing the requirements which initially include basic understanding of required skill set and then servicing them based on business criticality.

Sourcing candidates through job portal (Naukri), job posting, Mass Mailing, Employee Referrals, utilizing the potential of networking site,linkedin.com, as well as from internal database for the requirements.

Screen the candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation, and basic qualification. Coordinating with the candidate and the respective team lead to schedule the interviews. Involved in salary negotiation with the candidates during the offer process.

Following up the candidates till they join. Managing good relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on boarding.

Maintaining the database of all the candidates, shortlisted, interviewed, offered and declined.

Responsible to collate and prepare Daily, weekly &Monthly report of complete interview process along with pipelines data, joiner’s data and submission data.

Proper background verification of the candidates.

POST RECRUITMENT:

Responsible to complete joining and orientation formalities.

Employee Data collection as per the policy.

Salary Bank Account Opening.

Issuing of ID Cards and Accessories.

Explaining about the Organization and Policies.

Preparation of Orientation including office Visit.

Preparation of Salary Fitment.

Preparation of offer and Reliving letters

PAYROLL ACTIVITIES:

Compilation and Coordination of the Salary stack up for the New Joiners.

Handling the statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, Form 2, and Form 11).

HR OPERATIONS:

Meeting employees in a regular basis and organizing one on one session to clarify their concern

Coordinating with Heads of Departments for timely completion of the Appraisal process end to end

Facilitating and tracking the Background Checks for the employees and ensure process completion of all employees in Business Unit.

Handling the online Transfer process (Domestic and International) for employees for smooth movements across locations

Providing employee personal files through physical or online (ERD tool) for internal and External Auditing and Reviews

EXIT MANAGEMENT:

Ensure smooth exit of employees separating from the organization.

Responsible for end to end Exit Management system by conducting Exit interviews, initiating full and final settlement for the employees who have left the organization.

ADMIN SUPPORT:

Reviews, updates and maintain proper filing of each employee records

Maintaining complete Employee Database through online(ERD Tool) and Personal files(physical)
