Frontal Impact Crash Analysis of Car Body, March 2019

Crash simulation is a virtual recreation of a destructive crash test of vehicle and its components using CAE software to examine the level of safety.

The main objective is to analyze the frontal impact on selected car body with aluminium alloy and carbon fiber to ensure the safety of the passengers.

The vehicle’s outer body is designed using CATIA V5R20 and the simulation is being carried out by RADIOSS 14.0.

Design and Fabrication of Bamboo Bicycle, April 2018

Bamboo is used as a bicycle frame instead of steel or other material. The main objective is reducing the weight of bicycle and usage of metals.

The bicycle is designed using Solid works 2016 and analysed in Hyperworks. The bicycle is fabricated using 3 years old heat-treated bamboo.

Roles and Responsibilities : Steering System and Manufacturing

Designed the steering system using the parameter like track width, wheel base etc.

Secured the 64th position among 140 teams.

Four-way Hacksaw Machine, April 2017

Four hacksaw frames are controlled by a single DC motor and it has a high torque to operate. The main objective is to reduce the human effort and improve the outcome.
