Duties and Responsibilities
Joined as Manager and responsible for the smooth functioning of the restaurant, supervising day to day activities of the restaurant to attain customer satisfaction.
Assigning the duties and tasks to the staff and handling guest complaints. Taking a good relationship and training in all the food and beverage service staff and attending food and beverage meeting with the General Manager.
Keeping the good relationship with the guest’s and satisfying their needs and handling banquets.
