RESPONSIBILITIES AS CORPORATE RECRUITER:

- Responsible for End to End recruitment activities like gathering the requirement from the hiring manager till on-boarding.

- Responsible for Sourcing profiles via job portals, Screening, Shortlisting & Scheduling for the Interview as per candidate & hiring Manager availability

- Involved in Salary negotiation, preparation of Offer & Appointment letter

- Involved in employee on boarding formalities

- Maintaining and updating the MIS database and keeping track of it and sending the same report on a weekly & monthly basis to the top management.
