Industrial Implant Coordinator

Activities:

I was responsible for the management of all industrial implantation of the concrete towers factory of Acciona in Brazil. I was responsible for the management of the project and construction of the wind turbine and bush plant, being also responsible for the improvements and project to increase production, with purchase and installation of new equipment.

Direct contact with all customers who own wind farms, participating in weekly project meetings.

Achievements:

Wind turbine factory - in Simões Filho in Bahia, factory with 4800 m of built area, it is the renovation of an old factory, with alterations of foundations, recovery of metallic structure, installation of 4 cranes, two of 40 tons, one of 60 tonnes and one of 70 tonnes of load capacity.

Participation in the planning of increase of production of the factory, with technical participation of the acquisition of new equipment. From 01/2011 to 12/2011 Wind Turbine Factory of Alstom Wind - Camaçari – Bahia Responsible for project management, construction company supervision, construction, work safety, measurement and administrative services. Administration of the construction contract with the construction company, term control, financial control and physical progress. Commercial negotiation of additives and claims of the construction company.

Being a work of 18,000m implanted in a land of 62500m. Construction system in precast concrete structure with cover in metallic structure. Installation of air conditioning and ventilation equipment, compressors, nine cranes and a rolling gantry, with a capacity of 100 tons.

From 03/2009 to 07/2010 MPE Assemblies and Special Projects Engineering Manager

Acted as an engineering manager, managing the contracted company to detail the project, validating the schedule, validating service measurement. Coordinating a team of 8 engineers, one from each discipline, validating and releasing projects for production. Analysis of technical proposals for the supply of equipment by participating in the equipment purchasing team.
