1. Manpower Management –
Attend meeting with line associates at shift start and end.
Training Plan Preparation – Yearly, Monthly, Weekly.
Training Module Development for associates as per change in process or technique.

2. Quality Control & Final Inspection-
Inspection of product at incoming, process and PDI point for IDU & ODU.

B-KANSA (PDI Inspection) as per product drawing specs.

Compilation of daily defect sheet and sharing with concern heads.
QA Documentation preparation & controlling for internal & external audits.
Regular updating of documents like sampling graph, daily defect graph and other daily countermeasure related documents.
Surprise quality inspection in dispatch warehouse to avoid inhouse damages.
Control on rejection of parts at shop floor.
Maintaining 5S on shop floor.
