RESPONSIBILITY

• Comply with all applicable Legal and other requirements, changes and improvements are implemented

• Ensure that all new Persons have received the necessary / required HSE Induction Training

• Conduct regular HSE inspection at site and make spot correction of unsafe Act and unsafe condition

• Monitor Tool Box talks conducted by Project Engineer / Supervisor

• Take part in investigations of accident (Incidents’ including near misses)

• Identify the areas of environmental Protection requirements

• Improve HSE awareness amongst all personnel by using standard training aids such as Videos, Posters, Films etc.…

• Monitor First aid facilities

• Co-ordinate Risk Assessment activities and assist in conducting them

• Coordinate all Lifting Activates

• Permit-to-Work System Compliance for Excavation, Hot work, Working Height and Night Work etc.,

• Prepare Documents for External Audit, Internal Audit and Corporate Audit

• Conduct the Safety Committee Meeting to discuss Safety Issues and Prepare the Minutes of Meeting

• Report daily/weekly/monthly action reports to the PM & H.O
