Project Management and site supervision to deliver the construction projects by offering expertise and best practices to ensure the projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Review the design and related IFC drawings prior to the Project’s commencement to verify its consistency and raise any related ambiguities for verification to Senior Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Independent Checking Engineer (ICE) for the implementation of construction of LRT System that includes but not limited to track works; foundation slab, duct banks, track slab, rail turnout, rail destressing, rail final adjustment, rail joint sealant and hardscaping; Aesthetic Power Supply (APS) and Overhead Catenary System (OCS) civil works activities.

ICE Site Supervision is to verify the construction is executed according with the approved design and to ensure that the Project requirements and Quality Standards are met by the designer.

Conduct daily inspection of the work (ITR) for the completed element as referred to an ITP point of inspection or for NCR remedial works verification. The ITR will be issued with the purpose of verification of all delivery materials and the construction has been finished as per approved design, approved WMS, ITP, MAF and procedures.

Records all Site communications report (SIR) conducted in every inspection to certify that the inspection is according to the approved Drawings, Documents and Specifications. Duties and Responsibilities:

Independent Checking Engineer (ICE) for the implementation of construction of building maintenance of the train which compose of Administrative building, Maintenance facilities buildings, Technical buildings and various infrastructure items in the external part of the buildings including underground networks.

ICE Site Supervision is to verify the construction is executed according with the approved documents and quality Standards in accordance with project requirements in construction, installation and commissioning plans, procedures and construction/installation methods.

Carry out daily inspections of the works (ITR’s) in every stage of completed works as per indicated in approved inspection and test plan (ITP) for civil works construction, fit-out and installation activities to be able to verify that it is carried out in accordance with the issued for construction (IFC) working/installation drawings, project technical specifications and approved method statements.
