JOB DESCRIPTION

-My duties of an administrative assistant include a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Answering telephones are some common examples of administrative assistant duties and responsibilities.

- Assisting Administrator checking on the settlements /payments before they go to the Financial Director or Accountant.

-Checking the Deals/ Customers contracts before they can be processed

File Requesting

.Helping Sales Reps with any information inside the contract including if they need contracts copies

Filling

Checking incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and making copies before distributing.

Sorting all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.

Creating or update records with new files and information.

Sorting all transfer and Creditors files Alphabetically according to month

Reception-reliving at the switchboard

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.

Receiving and sorting daily mail.

Meter Reading

.Calling the Schools requesting meter reading and their counter pages and making sure that the correspond with the previous one and always the previous readings must be lower that the one I am taking

Ensure that meter readings are verified especially in case of abnormal consumption
