Responsible for R&D-to Develop New Rubber Compound for new product, Cost Reduction and process improvement.

Conduct daily internal meeting with the mixing team to review the progress on targets and quality related issues.

Attend daily production meeting to present and discuss findings, targets & action plan.

Monitor mixing production (plan vs actual).

Review process parameter & guides process improvement initiatives to increase quality & productivity.

Make plan & communicate with maintenance department for preventive maintenance of m/cs to ensure nonstop operations`

Review manpower planning of worker for enhances smooth operation.

Prioritize the mixing/process activities as per ppc requirement.

Coordinate & follow up with purchase & store for raw material availability in time as per planning.

Ensure proper documentation & implementation of ISO & review annual report.
