PAYROLL & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

Preparing salary structure for selected candidates and Re-structuring for Promoted, confirmed, and transferred staff as per policy.

Collecting attendance inputs of on role & Contract employees before salary schedule.

Responsible for Employee Confirmation & Transfer process.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Goal (KRA/KPI) Management with the support from concern functional heads.

Planning & timely completion of Quarterly, Half yearly and annual performance review.

Distributing and documentation of annual appraisal letters in personal files of employees.

Collect the training needs to plan the Employee Development Program.

EXIT PROCESS

HRMS PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Successfully implemented the new HRIS modules like, Employee Database Foundation, Employee Life Cycle, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.

IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT PROCESS

Preparing Business/Process logics & Policy with the support of team members.

Communicate the day to day updates to Stake holders.

Preparing process Mapping Document (PMD) including the Gap & Customization points.

Co-ordinate with all stake holders to finalize the PMD & further sign off approval.

Suggesting the work around points to avoid the maximum customization.
