2.Managing M&I cost according to yearly-approved budget and ensure spare parts are available at all time by coordinating and discussing on weekly basis with technical store clerk.

3.Lead energy saving projects with project teams and plan the schedule on the installation, commissioning and monitoring the achievements by collect the steam usage.

4.Support project team for 2018 CAPEX investment in term of utilities requirements and upgrading works.

5.Liaise with safety and environment department on other related safety project improvement and upgrading of facilities.

2017 – 2018, Project Engineer

1.Preparing a budget proposal on technical concepts, costing and estimated plan schedule for 2018. Liaise with other related department such as finance, quality, safety and supply chain in project concept and plans.

2.Leading project team in upgrading packaging line from manual to semi auto for line capacity increase and improvement. The scope covers FAT of the machines, installation and commissioning of the line with OEM, Handover the line to production for mass production. Result: Achieve, line capacity increase from 10ppm to 14ppm (Cost saving: 300k a year)

3.Do monthly reporting on CAPEX expenses of 2017 improvement projects.
