Description : This project is done in M580 hot standby Schneider PLC’s. The challenge here was to have proper auto logic sequence and all sites wireless communication. 20 Filter bed logic sequence development.

Project name : PLC Based control system for water supply in Bisalpur Bassi project.

Client : PHED, Government of Rajasthan and NCC LTD Hyderabad.

Description : This project is done in M340 Standalone Schneider PLC’s. The challenge

here was to have Connecting data loggers to MySQL data base based on

the static ip address and MySQL data base to SCADA and all sites

wireless communication though modem.

Client : NLC India pvt ltd, BGR.

Description : This project is done in M580 hot standby Schneider PLC’s. The challenge here was to have developing 12 auto logic sequences in PLC and SCADA

side. Optical communication from main panel to Rio panels. Interface to

third party devices.

Process application : Chemical processing plants.

Project name : Up gradation of PLC SCADA & REPORTS in auto cell.

Client : PPG ASIAN PAINTS, Chennai.

Description : This project main concept was auto PLC logic, Batch reports & cycle time

reports. We need to capture all mixers data and time of duration

without loss of data. And another big task was online modifications

based on the customer comments.
