JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Reporting to Quality Manager.

Responsible for Daily APQP Plan update.

Responsible for Daily PPAP File update.

Responsible for mold-trial at supplier end & our end. development activities at supplier.

Development activities at supplier end Continue following.

Preparation of dimension reports as per the customer requirements.

Responsible for layout inspection arrangement of stranded as drawing.

Arrangement of Raw Material, BOP, Trolley, Part etc. According To Event Of Customer.

Root cause analysis for parts defect development stage resolves the internal & customer issue.

Keeping all PPAP records of customer related documents.

Customer handling.

Initial Supply handling.

Educational Qualification:-

10th Passed from CBSC Board in(2005).

12th Passed from Bihar Board in(2008).

Technical Qualification:-

BE in Mechanical Engineering from AVIT Chennai in (2009-2013)
