Gas compressor system at Gana Project - apprx ~ 350 Cr - Commissioned

Gas compressor station comprises of 1W+1S gas turbine driven centrifugal compressor (5.7 MW) with all related auxiliary equipment like knockout drum, after coolers, lube oil console, fuel gas conditioning skid, utility generation and distribution system.

Anjar - Mundra Pipeline Project - apprx ~ 600 Cr - Commissioned

36” x 67 Km - API 5L X-70 pipeline connecting Mundra LNG terminal to the GSPL gas grid at Anjar terminal. Project consist of 2 SV’s & DT and RT stations with pigging facility.

Dahej - Bhadbhut Pipeline Project - apprx ~ 380 cr - Awarded

36” x 36 Km - API 5L X-70 pipeline project connecting Petronet LNG terminal to the GSPL gas grid at Bhadbhut terminal. This consists of 1 DT & RT and 1 SV stations with Pigging facility.

Swann LNG connectivity Pipeline Project - apprx ~ 11 cr - Under Construction

30” x 3 Km - API 5L X-70 pipeline project connecting FSRU - Swann LNG terminal to the GSPL gas grid at Pipavav terminal. This consists of 1 DT & RT.

Anjar - Chotila Pipeline Project - apprx ~ 1400 cr - Estimated

30” x 203 Km - API 5L X-70 pipeline project to expand the capacity of the GSPL gas grid from Anjar to Chotila terminal. This consists of 1 DT & RT and 9 SV stations with Pigging facility.

Annual Rate Contract for small Connectivity:

Spurline connecting the Customers across the Gujarat size Ranging from 12” NB to 6” NB of Pipe Material X52, X65 for a Length of up to 16 Km is Devised to award a unit rate contract for the execution of work.

Modification of Amboli-Dahej Pipeline-24” NB - apprx ~ 4 cr - Tendered

Double Stopple in arrangement on the ADPL pipeline to convert the Above ground section of the Pipeline in to Under Ground section. Also replacing Leaking pipeline valves of 24” & 8” size along with the Gas Management to avoid the upset of the delivery.

Heating System Across the Gujarat gas Grid - apprx ~ 3 cr - Tendered

Due to Commissioning of the LNG Terminals Gas temperature inside the pipeline were considerably less causing the temperature reduction across the PRS to critically below the Design Temperature. Heating skid need to be installed across the Gas grid for supplying the gas as per contract. Preparation of the tender including Design basis, specification, Data sheet, QAP for the same.

Pipeline Integrity Management:

ILI run across the ~2600 Km pipeline to ensure the Integrity of pipeline along with the Dig Verification on Identification of Anomalies and their Characteristics.

Work Involved:

Estimation & Budgeting for the cross country pipeline & piping system.

Preparation of commercial Bid along with terms of conditions including LD, Guarantee, Insurance clauses, payment terms for the Cross country pipeline systems, pipe, piping components, Valves, etc.

Vetting of Contract documents to facilitate contract signing

Participated in the negotiation meeting for the Consultancy, Construction, Procurement contracts.

Preparation of MR, TQR and TBE for procurement of line pipes, pipeline flanges & fittings, MIJ, Barred Tee, Anchor Flange, Pig Launcher & receiver etc.

Day to day co-ordination with EPC, vendor & Third-Party Inspection agencies for expedition and effectively resolve the issues related to procurement of mechanical items.
