- Co-managed department of 30+ mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians to ensure the effective repair, reliability, and safety of over 160 overhead cranes and hoists, while remaining in compliance with OSHA-mandated monthly/ annual inspections

- Introduced, improved upon, and sustained several best practice maintenance strategies, such as maintenance tracking, standardized periodic lubrication, and mechanical vibration and electrical “hot spot” reporting to better service equipment from a preventative/ predictive approach- **Maintained a hot metal crane availability rate of approximately 98.36%**
