Job Responsibility :-

• Preparation of Maintenance Plan - Spare Planning, Resource Planning.

• Day to day maintenance maintain consultation with Process / Mechanical Dept.

• Review preventive, predictive, breakdown, and planned maintenance of equipments.

• Checking shift log book, Pending book and taking action.

• Carry out the root cause analysis of the failure.

• Receive/Issue safety work permit.

• Ensuring housekeeping during, and after any maintenance work done in other departments as well as in Electrical department also.

Job Description :-

• Knowledge of electrical control & power system and their fault finding.

• Knowledge of PLC and its trouble shooting.

• Knowledge of drives and their trouble shooting.

• Maintenance of VCB & ACB breaker for H.T & L.T circuit used.

• Maintenance of Transformer & D.G set & their components.

• Maintenance of starter and their components like contactors, relays & push buttons.

• Maintenance of motors, conveyors protection system.

• Maintenance of Weigh feeder, belt weigher, Bin level measuring system & their components.
