Check documents and plats, all plat lists errors that did not go into the plant and all that needs to be resolved. Do the necessary corrections if any, by locating, editing and deleting.

Compare the old assessor parcel number maps to new assessor parcel number maps. It can be cd maps or hard copy maps. Do the chains of assessor parcel.

Assign new data date when the assessor parcel number maps will going to use.

Check the assessor parcel number on maps and verify the plats if the assessor parcel number is wrong, re-platted to subdivision, parcel map or survey map and new assessor parcel number. Do the necessary corrections if any in miscellaneous batches.

Report documents that are located for the reasons. Deed references exception, for un-locatable legal, for new map and map doc type that needs to be resolve by running again the documents to complete the legal and resolve the locate.

Check the posting reference searched, if it has an error and need to be changed, all corrections are done on excel file. Excel files are reformatted and examined to DCPA systems.
