Since Jan 2017 to present Saudi Aramco Fadhili gas Program Project as E.H & S Area HSE Manager for Package#02 (TECNICAS REUNIDAS) The Largest Gas plant project in the world under construction (Fadhili Gas Program Project Package#02) with the completion of total 350 million construction man-hours, In charge of entire activity under Package#02 as the HSE Manager Managing a team of 200 HSE professionals from EPC and subcontractors. Controlling HSE resources. Confirms project site adheres to all regulations and HSE standards. Oversee onsite risk Assessments and mitigation Programs. Attending all owner meeting. Manage and develop HSE Employees on company standards, programs and Goals. Oversee HSE Permits preparation. Lead the implementation of all HSE Programs including recognition and awards program. Run Gap analyses to identify and address program gaps. Manage and preparation, maintenance of records, reports or documents that may be required to meet regulatory requirements. Organize and prioritize a variety of complex tasks in an effective and timely manner, Carrying-out internal audits, verifying compliance of training program Plans direct and manage the implementation of TR HSE MS Programs and policies. Worked as a PMT S.H.E HSE Advisor for Saudi Aramco & Total Refining and Petro Chemical Co - (SATORP) at Jubail, The project is a joint Venture between Saudi Aramco & Total of France with a value of 12 Billion USD to construct the Refinery, Petrochemicals (Olefins & Aromatics) to Produce Gasoline, Low-Sulfur Diesel and Naphtha. Role and Responsibilities:

Support SATORP PMT in ensuring EPC Contractor’s compliance with the current SATORP OHS regulations.

Develop and maintain an accident and incident – free environment, upholding SATORP’s excellent reputation in Occupational Health and Safety.

Carry – out regular site inspections and generating accurate and concise risk assessment of site activities.

Lead or assist in investigating near misses, property damage, injuries, occupational illnesses, and containment of spills and losses.

Act as team member during emergency response.

Conduct PSI audits based on SATORP guidelines and OSHAS standard.

Develop and implement mitigating solutions in response to identified OHS deviations.

Review submitted EPC Contractor’s Safe Work Procedures (Method Statements, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Risk Assessments) in line with SATORP’s HSE Policy and verifies its implementation onsite.
