Duties and Responsibility

Responsible in preparing a planting site for the cherry tomatoes (in the pot).

Two weeks before transferring the tomato plants in the soil, we will have to plow, dig and mix manure in the soil.

We would cover the soil to avoid grass from growing near the plant this will also help in balancing the temperature around the small tomato plants. At times we would cover the green house with big plastic to avoid contamination.

To make sure that the tomatoes will be fruitful and avoid any kind of pests we will make a mixture of chemicals and use it to spray to the plants.

During winter season we need to set a heater to prevent it from too much cold temperature.

Excess leaves are being trim to make sure that there is enough sunlight of the fruit this will make the tomatoes perfectly ripe just in time for the harvest season.

In harvesting we will sort all tomatoes from: Class A, Class B and crack due to over ripe.
