Senior Project Manager Cauldwell Wingate Company June 2018 – May 2020 Managed a multiple phase lobby, corridor, and façade project to reposition a Park Avenue commercial property. This project included the improvement of a plaza, the expansion of the building’s Park Avenue lobby, the renovation of the lobby on Lexington Avenue, the replacement of two escalators, the modernization of thirty-five elevators, and five elevator lobbies. The project was situated directly above and required extensive coordination with the Metro North Railroad. Senior Project Manager Building and Land Technology April 2017 – June 2018 Managed the successful completion of large mixed-use development that consisted of two five story buildings with amenities space constructed on a multi-level podium parking structure, the renovation of existing commercial office spaces, and a boat storage facility. This project included all site infrastructure, utilities, roads, sidewalks, parking lots, dredging, docks, dock fire protection, a boat lift, and a bulkhead along a navigable channel.
Project Manager AP Construction June 2014 – April 2017 Managed the successful completion of a seven-story hospital office building and cancer center. This multiple phase project included the demolition of an apartment building adjacent to an occupied outpatient treatment facility, major façade modifications, and interior improvements to an occupied cancer treatment center and the construction of a new hospital office building. Managed the successful repositioning of three core commercial office buildings and an addition and a renovation to a country club in Greenwich, Connecticut.

The Wingate Inn of Weldon Springs, Missouri – This 120 key business class hotel overlooks the Missouri Bluffs golf course and is situated close to the Katy bike trail which spans the state, and passes through some of the area’s best known vineyards and wineries. The Marriott at Saint Louis Union Station – This 200 key reflag of a Hyatt Hotel included the conversion retail shopping mall space into Class A conference room space, which established the Marriott at Saint Louis Union Station as a premier destination for corporate retreats, wedding receptions and other large events requiring substantial meeting venues. The renovation of this historic national landmark included the magnificent 65 foot barrel vaulted Grand Hall. This project is valued at $20,000,000.00. The project consisted of more than 100,000 square feet over five floors and is valued at more than $40,000,000.00. 100 Church Street – SL Green Landlord Upgrades and Tenant Refresh Project – This interior renovation project included a new training area with advanced AV and Tel/Data infrastructure upgrades, mechanical upgrades to a critical IT center, and upgrades to architectural finishes in more than one thousand offices, corridors, and open office areas on six floors. This work also included electrical distribution. upgrades and ADA upgrades to the building’s core bathrooms and lobby. This project consisted of more than 300,000 square feet over six floors and is valued at more than $9,000,000.00. White Plains Hospital – Cancer Center – This addition to an existing and occupied cancer treatment center added exam rooms, offices, conference rooms, and amenities space. This project included the abatement and demolition of an apartment building and the construction of a new hospital office building as well as numerous upgrades to the existing cancer center. Pickwick Plaza - Owner Upgrades - This repositioning of three commercial office buildings included lobby renovations, new entrances, corridor, elevator lobby and core bathroom upgrades. This project is valued at more than $6,350,000.00.
