Job Profile: Overall responsible for Employee Life Cycle Management of more than 1400 employees. Handling entire HR functions from Entry to Exit of an employee includes Recruitment, Selection, Induction & Orientation of new Personnel, Employee attendance, & benefits, preparation and maintenance of all HR related records & registers.

Recruitment Life Cycle:

Interacting with managers to discuss job requirements and recruiting strategies. Understanding the requirement from Dept. Heads, Managing the job postings, telephonic interviews, face-to-face interviews, reference check, notice period and setting up interviews.

Conducting Full-cycle Recruiting, includes, Screening& Short Listing the Resumes, interviewing, evaluating and negotiating with notice periods and closing the requirements.

Induction and Joining Formalities:

Sending welcome mails introducing the Associate to the Management and Staff.

Conducting Induction program to welcome new employees and to help them to familiarize and adapt themselves to their new work environment.

Organizing all the benefits provided by the company etc.

Time Management:

Maintaining the Leave bank and prepare the monthly salary statement with deductions like salary advances, mobile bills etc.

Processing the PF Withdrawal claim forms and PF Transfers of the employees. Approval of KYC details and UAN activations. Generation of monthly ECR and challans.
