SCADA Engineer at BSES Yamuna Power Limited Nov 2018 – Present

Extension / replacement of existing RTU’s with SIEMENS AK-3/ RU560 (ABB) & RTU RILL500.

Configuration of Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) that includes digital I/O points assignments, field cable termination, RU wiring diagram, layout & sketches documentation & hardware Integration.

Testing, commissioning & troubleshooting of Automation system in distribution Substations Including Factory and Site Acceptance.

Database creation and modifications for various projects.

Ability to handle all indications, commands, measurands and analog values of SCADA cables from C&R Panel to RTU end.

Supervision of installation team at site responsible for SAR documents and reports.

Remote Server Administration and Thinclient testing and troubleshooting in SCADA.

Configuration and parameterization of the front end server to communicate with the substation automaton system to establish data exchange for monitoring and control system.

Responsible for solving any abnormal status and troubleshooting performance problems of software and communication.

Responsible for Data transfer from substations to remote by using gateway software through R101 & 104 protocols.

Integration of SCADA, accord & energy meters.

Timely response to SDMS (SCADA Defect Management System) complaints.

Troubleshooting of RTU data from control panel to the RTU’S end.

Integration of ABB RTU with Siemens Control & relay panel, Schneider Alstom with ABB SCADA &ABB REF 615 Relays.

1.BSES KRISHNA NAGAR 33/11 KV GRID DELHI.

Successfully commissioned and tested the ABB RTU from control panel to the RTU end.

2.BSES DALLUPURA 66/11 KV GRID, DELHI

Resolved issues related to server and completed SCADA mapping for gateway.

3.BSES SHAKARPUR 33/11 KV GRID, DELHI

Successfully commissioned SCADA mapping for new and spare panels.

4.BSES CBD-1 66/11 KV GRID, DELHI

Implemented SCADA connectivity from hard wired to soft signal.
