Arbros Forest Resources
Set-up the timber division from setting up the operations process to building the team and started identifying the direct sourcing of raw material.
Accepted and took the additional responsibility of material sourcing and visited the saw mills; travelled to the European Countries, Far East & South America for products sourcing.
Focused over the materials sourcing and re-export (B2B) to other destinations.
Increased the profit margins from 5% to about 15% within 6 months of joining the organisation by starting imports of consignments directly from the saw mills rather than doing local purchases.
Expanded the business and increased the sales by implementing competitive price strategies, recruited 4 sales men and set high sales target for the company.
