Highly accomplished professional with about 11 years of extensive onsite as well as in office experience in wide range of Indian and International infrastructure development projects. Have professional specialization in varied engineering geological operations and academic specialization in tectonic studies, paleoseismology, structural geology and hydrogeology etc. with strong involvement in rock mechanics, evaluation and mitigation studies of geological hazards, photogeology, remote sensing, earth system processes, and tectonic geomorphology.

The professional experience includes onsite supervision of various engineering geological and geotechnical subsurface investigations, geophysical investigations, core logging, rock slope mapping, geological mapping, topographic surveys etc., preparation and review of geological reports, cross profiles, presentations and other technical documents. I have sound knowledge of Ground Penetrating Radar System, Multi-channel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASW) technique, GIS and remote sensing techniques and related software, electrical resistivity surveys, GPS, Auto Level and Total Station survey techniques, and others. Major Projects (Onsite)

• 2019: Consultancy services for Bole International airport, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Consultancy Services for Design, Design Review, Construction Supervision and Contract administration of different projects at Bole International Airport of Ethiopian Airlines.

• 2018: Jordan National Railway- Coastal alternative alignment, Aqaba, Jordan. Topographic survey, subsoil investigation, geologic mapping, preliminary engineering design and environmental impact assessment, design of sophisticated bridge foundation systems and tunnels bored through rock, for the railway network in Jordan.

• 2018: Kuwait International Petroleum Research Centre (KIPRC) and other related facilities at Ahmadi, Kuwait. Detailed design of approximately 45,500 gross square meters of R&D building, 6,800 gross square meters of convention centre, mosque, central utility building, underground parking buildings, electrical substation, guard houses and other structures.

• 2017: Umm Al Hayman wastewater project, State of Kuwait. Detailed design for waste water plants, electrical substations and associated structures at various locations.

• 2016: Bidbid-Sur Road/Section-1, Oman. Topographic and traffic surveys, hydrologic surveys, geologic mapping, environmental impact assessment, geotechnical and utility investigations, design of rock cuts and slope stabilization measures, realignment alternatives, traffic analysis and forecasts, preliminary/detailed designs, tender documents, and supervision of construction for the dualization of Bidbid to Masroon Junction (116 km), including all drainage structures. Works comprised 60 km of new road alignment in the form of bypasses (out of the 116 km total length), 50 km of service roads, 12 interchanges, 5 crossing roads, 11 wadi bridges, emergency police/ambulance posts, street lighting, weighing stations and permanent traffic count stations.

• 2016: Physical Infrastructure Phases 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B and 3 in Raysut Site at Salalah Free Zone, Salalah, Oman. Detailed design for Roads, Storm water drainage system, Water Supply system, Fire Fighting system, Irrigation System, Sewerage System, Communication Network, Power Distribution Network, Landscape Design etc.

• 2015: Lusail Towers, Infrastructure, LRT Station, Car-Park and Landscape, Qatar. Detailed design for various project components, including a 2-level tunnel along Road A1, combined Curriculum Vitae of Bishuddhakshya Puhan Page 3

LRT station, multi-storey underground car-park, bridge at Junction No.19, six 11 kV substations, wet infrastructure utilities (sewerage, irrigation, drainage), landscaping and public realm features, and integration of gas, district cooling and pneumatic waste collection systems, and other enabling works (excavation support, dewatering).

• 2015: ADNOC New Corporate Headquarters-Phase II, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Project consists of detailed design of Podium, Phase II Car Park (Three basements), Renovation of Original ADNOC Headquarters, Canopy Structure, Majlis and Mosque buildings.

• 2013-14: South Road Project, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Detailed design for security border roads along the southern Saudi border with a total length of 1,500 km, running in a variety of terrain types, encompassing mountainous, rolling, and desert areas with sand dunes. The project also comprises border stations and compounds, road links to border posts, street lighting, drainage structures, fences, gates, helipads, and fiber optic lines.

• 2012: Flow Diversion Scheme for Pumping Stations PS5 and PS31, Qatar. Topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations, preliminary and detailed designs, and tender documents for a deep sewer trunk line/wastewater conveying system of a total length of 5.6 km (1,000 mm, 1,200 mm and 1,400 mm diameters), using nondestructive methods and micro- tunneling.

• 2012: The Pointe at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Detailed design and supervision of construction for a mixed-use complex on a total site area of 136,000 m, featuring promenades area (40,500 m ); piazzas (11,000 m ); landscaping (17,000 m ); 2 floors for retail facilities, and casual dining venues of cafés, coffee shops and specialty restaurants

(38,000 m ); the “Dancing Waters” computerized fountains; new monorail station (1,000 m ); a wharf for visitors’ boats; indoor and outdoor terraces and arcades; parking area (40,500 m ) for 1,260 cars; and all infrastructure utilities in addition to a comprehensive solid waste management plan.

• 2011: 6.5 Ring Road, Kuwait. Design and supervision of construction for a 16 km long motorway standard route with 8 interchanges (overpasses and underpasses), linking the Seventh Ring Road and Kuwait Airport Road, including improvements to existing Road 602 between Jleeb Al Shioukh and new Kuwait University.

• 2010: National Guards Housing Project, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Master plan and detailed design for the construction of 11,250 villas of 2 types for soldiers and officers in 8 residential neighborhoods (Dammam-86 ha, Qassim-140 ha, Hail-83 ha, Yanbu-83 ha, Hassa-530 ha, Madinah-130 ha, Taif-88 ha and Jeddah-92 ha), including all road and infrastructure utility networks, and landscaping. Total area for all 8 sites: 1,232 ha. Major Projects (In-house)

• VBSL (Versova – Bandra Sea Link) projects, Mumbai India. Geologic mapping, geotechnical investigations, preliminary and detailed designs, tender documents, and supervision of construction for the Versova–Bandra Sea Link. VBSL is an under construction bridge in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The 17.17 km bridge will connect Versova, a neighbourhood in the suburb of Andheri to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link in Bandra, as part of the West Island Freeway. The 8-lane sea link is expected to reduce congestion on the Western Express Highway and the Western Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway.

• Madinah Hajj City, Saudi Arabia. Master plan, detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for a township on a 1.6 million m site located 3 km southwest of Curriculum Vitae of Bishuddhakshya Puhan Page 4

the Holy Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah, envisaged to accommodate 120,000 pilgrims. The project comprises 82 four-star and five-star hotel towers; office towers; commercial mall with a basement for 2,200 cars; 2 mosques with a total capacity of 14,000 worshipers; hospital complex; and elevated light rail transit and bus stations with a peak capacity of 84,000 pilgrims/hour. The project is complete with an internal road network, all infrastructure utilities and landscaping.

• Integrated Infrastructure for N'Zeto City, Angola. Integrated infrastructure master plan, detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for the transportation, water, sewerage, drainage, solid waste, electricity and telecommunication systems along with their associated buildings, serving an area of 2.15 km and existing/projected populations of 15,516 and 33,188 respectively.

• Al-Maktoum International Airport Site Investigation, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Tender document preparation for and follow-up on all necessary geotechnical, geophysical and hydrogeological surveys and investigations.

• Extension of Luanda - Viana Expressway to Catete, Angola. Detailed design and tender documents for a 34 km long road extension, comprising 3 lanes in each direction and a 10 m wide median in order to allow for a future addition of a fourth lane. The scope also covers a comprehensive stormwater drainage system.

• Kifangondo/Funda Catete Corridor Infrastructure - Package 1, Angola. Detailed design and tender documents for the upgrading of the existing road between Funda and Catete in addition to the extension of Cacuaco - Kifangondo Road with a total length of 34 km. The right-of-way varies between 30 m and 40 m with 2 lanes in each direction, and parking spaces on both sides in addition to a 3 m reservation on either side for future utility corridor in the 40 m stretch. The scope also includes a comprehensive stormwater drainage system.

• Integrated Infrastructure for Cabinda City, Angola. Integrated infrastructure master plan, detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for the transportation, water, sewerage, drainage, solid waste, electricity and telecommunication systems serving an area of 36.74 km2 and existing/projected populations of 226,900 and 563,720 respectively.

• Makkah Hotel and Commercial Complex, Saudi Arabia. Design (according to LEED requirements), tender documents and supervision of construction for a multi-functional development complex on a site area of 128,834 m2 and of a total built-up area of 354,500 m2. The project comprises a 5-star hotel and serviced apartments with all related services for visitors, exhibition and multipurpose halls, mosque, 24 villas, helipads, clubhouse, health club, mall, staff housing, Central Utility Complex (CUC) building, car-parks in addition to all infrastructure utilities and extensive landscaping. The basement floor covers the total site area, housing parking spaces, MEP services and part of the mall's retail services.

• Al Khor Stadium, Qatar. Detailed design (under BIM management) and tender documents for a stadium with a capacity of 70,000 spectators, including all infrastructure utility networks and systems, and incorporating the highest international standards.

• King Saud University for Health Sciences, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design (under BIM management and according to LEED requirements-5 registrations: 4 Gold and 1 Silver), tender documents and supervision of construction for one main university campus in Riyadh, and two university branches in Jeddah and Hasa with a student enrolment of 17,000. of the three sites comprises world class educational, residential, recreational, support and administrative buildings dedicated to health sciences. Total built-up area: 1,250,000 m2.

• Security Buildings in Shamiyah, Saudi Arabia. Design and tender documents for a residential and administrative complex that provides accommodation to 19,400 officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Interior in addition to various support facilities and services, including kitchen, dining area, laundry, recreational and assembly areas, 300-bed hospital with staff housing, police and civil defense stations, etc. The complex has a direct access to Makkah Haram plazas through pedestrian tunnels.

• Institute of Science and Technology - Central Building - B1, Angola. Design review, detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for the Central Block (B1) of a total built-up area of 22,235 m2, consisting of basement, ground and first floors. It houses an office block, main auditorium for 900 people, a museum on the ground floor and a library on the first floor.

• Malanje – Sauriomo Highway and Road Projects, Angola. Geologic mapping, geotechnical investigations, preliminary and detailed designs, tender documents, and supervision of construction for the dualisation of Malanje to Saurimo (324 km), including rock cuts and slope stabilisation measures, asphalt new road alignment in the form of bypasses, service roads, interchanges, crossing roads, bridges.

• Consultancy Services for the Detailed Design of Pen Cinema Bridge, Lagos State. Detailed Design of Pen Cinema Bridge, located in the Agege Area of Loagos, Nigeria. The bridge is proposed along Oba Ogunji Road to cross an existing railway line and other roads (Old Abeokuta Road and Iju Ishaga Road), for extension till junctions on both of its ends. The total length of the 2-lane dual carriageway is around 1.5 km, of which 400m is on the bridge.

• Design Consultancy Services for Cocody Mixed Use Development Project, Ivory Coast, Abidjan.

• Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design and Preparation of Tender Doument for Rehabilitation of Mkoani - Chake Chake Road (43.5 km) at Pemba Island, Fumba-Kisauni Road (12 km) and Tungu-Makunduchi Road (48 km), Unguja Ukuu-Uzi Road (3.5 km) at Unguja Island in Zanzibar, Tanzania.

• Detailed Master planning and infrastructure design of MODON Oases Commercial/Industrial Areas, Saudi Arabia.
