Job Description:
Maintaining Employees Personal Records and daily employees attendance processing, gathering employees attendance data from A1 time attendance Software, reporting to Managing Director Documenting using daily attendance, weekly attendance leave, generating statutory reports and vacation details, preparing monthly abstract for salary process New Employees Joining Formalities, Document Verification, Personnel file Management, HR Presentation on Employee Orientation, Induction and Formal Introduction to other department Updating companies’ legal / official documents, and yearly wise routine renewal proceedings and then all the official documents keeping file (hard copy & soft copy) Tracking on vehicle maintenance, vehicle license (Mulkiya) renewal / insurance renewal Review, update and maintain proper filling of employee’s personal file and any HR related documents and also ensuring all the data is up to date
Proper filling the leave application, passports renewal application, visa renewal application and also ticket booking, repatriation and arrival
